The Parents' Association of the Felbertal work school has been making a valuable contribution to the further development of our school for many years. Once again this year, several projects have been realised that directly benefit our pupils - from sports and technology to leisure activities.
In the following, we would like to give you an overview and at the same time thank you very much for your great support.
The existing bouldering room at the Felbertal work school has been extended. As a result, there is now more space available for climbing and the area can be utilised even better by the pupils.
The boarding school groups in particular use the room intensively - it is already a fixed point in the weekly sports programme.
The centre is a central location for presentations, events and meetings.
Thanks to the parents' association, the room has now been equipped with a modern media system, high-quality sound technology and new lighting.
The new equipment ensures:
better acoustics
more atmospheric events
Professional framework conditions for performances & projects
Another highlight is the new disc golf course, which is quickly becoming very popular.
Whether in sports lessons, during breaks or as a leisure activity at boarding school - disc golf combines skill, fun and exercise in the fresh air.
10 new chess boards were purchased for the chess club at the Felbertal factory school.
With this extension, the pupils can train even more intensively and continue their development in chess - an ideal basis for further success in the future.
None of these projects would have been possible without the financial and organisational support of our parents' association.
The Parents' Association makes a significant contribution to ensuring that our campus remains a place of learning, living and leisure where young people can develop.
Thank you very much on behalf of the entire Felbertal work school centre!
