My journeyman's piece is an electrically powered racing kart with a 48V drive. Instead of a petrol engine, a powerful electric motor provides dynamic acceleration. CAN communication between the control unit (IFP), the motor controller and the BMS enables real-time transmission of vehicle data, including speed and battery status, to the speedometer display. The chassis consists of a light, stable steel frame. The accelerator pedal control is specially programmed and supports „one-pedal driving“ with energy recovery. A 12V system supplies additional components. Thanks to the combination of modern power electronics, precise control and a robust chassis, this e-kart offers an efficient and future-orientated alternative in racing.
