Im Rahmen der Projekttage der 2b-Klasse von und mit Mag. Birgit Gassner , Mag. Oliver Budin und Mag. Wilhelm Wolfgruber konnten die Schüler vielseitig experimentieren, probieren, lernen und Erfahrungen sammeln. Unter anderem erprobten sie den fotografischen Belichtungsprozess mit der Technik der Cyanotypie, in der die Schüler mit Hilfe des Sonnenlichts ihre gestalteten Materialcollagen belichteten und so interessante Fotogramme entstehen ließen. CYANOTYPIE
„Zunächst habe ich ein DA4/DA3 Blatt mit einer chemischen Substanz die lichtempfindlich ist, gut bestrichen. Jetzt habe ich aus bestimmten Materialien (Gummiteppich, Kartonschnipsel, Pappteller) ein Muster oder etwas Abstraktes zugeschnitten und aufgelegt. So, jetzt schnell in die Sonne und alles geschwind und perfekt auflegen. Jetzt 5-10 Minuten warten. Das sich von gelb zu blau gefärbtem Papier in den dunklen Zeichensaal bringen. Mit Wasser abspülen und in eine Chemikalie die das Papier “stauben“ lässt. Erneut mit Wasser abspülen und zum abtrocknen aufhängen. Jetzt habe ich noch 3 weitere Bilder gemacht und sie sind ausnahmsweise schön geworden.“

Then we created word files for the different experiments with the help of online dictionaries. We had to look up words like “Flüssigkeit, Zuckerlösung, umrühren, verdünnen, lauwarm” and many more. Finally we worked in groups and created dialogues where we explained the process of the experiments and some of the conversations during our work. It was not easy but we liked doing it and we can be proud of the results:
Leo: What did you do in the project with Jojo?
Jojo: We made an attempt with Stevia and sugar.
Fabi: First we took the sugar and put it on the filter
paper. Then we put the sugar with the filter
paper on the precision balance .We found
out that the sugar must weigh 100g.
Raphi: And suddenly the rocket from the other
group launched and landed on Fabi’s head
and fell into the sugar solution.
Leo: Oh! Okay, I listen to you now.
Jojo: So, we made a new sugar solution in the
measuring cup. And we diluted Stevia with
water, so often that the sugar solution tasted
the same as the Stevia solution. We tasted it
with the spoon and every time we diluted
the Stevia solution we stirred it.
Leo: How often did you dilute it?
Fabi and Jojo: We diluted it three times.
